website of Bert Larsimont (basketball writer, correspondent and archivist) Bert
Larsimont, administrator of this website, is a basketball amateur who has now
been involved in basketball for over thirty years (first as a player and
scout in his historic Belgian club of CEP
Fleurus and later on as an international
basketball writer and correspondent). Bert's basketball website (www.berthoop.net) has successfully
been online since December 1998. This long presence on the internet has also
allowed Bert to correspond and write for some major basketball media and
websites. Regular writing for www.eurobasket.com, www.fullcourt.com
and www.BasketMe.com
has been among Bert's activities for the last few
